North West Stalkers’ Best Practice Charity Evening

After very successful events in 2015 and 2016 the North West Stalkers’ Best Practice charity evening is to be run biannually and returns on Thursday 14th June at 6pm at Malmo Guns near Lancaster.

The event is run by Malmo Guns with support from BASC, BDS and The Deer Initiative.

All proceeds raised will go to ABF The Soldiers’ Charity and NW Air Ambulance.

The talks include a return of the ever-popular venison butchery masterclass by Honeywell Meats, Forestry Commission Wildlife Rangers on carcase inspection and Chris Brooks of Quercus Deer Services on shot placement.

Stands include BASC who will have their ST-2 simulator and trophy head measurers. BDS will also be in attendance along with ABF, Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment (2 LANCS Snipers) and the Lancashire Police Wildlife dept. 

Trade stands include; Swarvoski, Thomas Jacks, Blaser, Sako, Tikka, Huntershill Safaris, Yorkshire Deerstalking, Dalziels Butchers Supplies plus local Quad and Gator dealers.

As well as another amazing raffle, one of the highlights will be stalking lots which include outings for red, roe and fallow in Cumbria, roe in Lancashire and Yorkshire and muntjac further south.

There will be a marquee in case the weather is inclement.

Entry is £10 which includes a free venison burger. Numbers are limited so please book in advance by emailing alastair.boston@thedeerinitiative.co.uk
