An opportunity to develop techniques and to maintain standards to
ensure quality venison is produced from all culled wild deer.
Practical demonstrations and discussion to develop:
‣ Gralloching techniques in the field (large and small carcasses)
‣ Extraction techniques and equipment available
‣ Larder management – chillers and their requirements.
The cost of this event is £25 and lunch is included.
